Sprouts Chutney
Ingredients:-
Green gram sprouts - 1 cup
Garlic - 2 cloves
Tamarind - a lemon sized ball
Ginger - a small piece
Onion - 1
Urad dal - 3 tsp
Coriander seeds - 1 tsp
Red chili - 4
Curry leaves - a few
Salt - as needed
Oil - as needed
Green gram sprouts - 1 cup
Garlic - 2 cloves
Tamarind - a lemon sized ball

Urad dal - 3 tsp
Coriander seeds - 1 tsp
Red chili - 4
Curry leaves - a few
Salt - as needed
Oil - as needed
How to make sprouts chutney:-
Peel skin of onion, ginger, garlic, cut finely.
Heat oil in a frying pan.
Add urad dal, coriander seeds, red chili,
curry leaves, fry and set aside.
Add garlic, onion, green gram sprouts, fry
and set aside.
Grind fried items with tamarind, ginger, salt
coarsely.
Enjoy this tangy chutney
with fried snacks.
