Cheese Sticks Recipe

 

 A mouthwatering recipe to pamper yourself in the cheesy world.

 

 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
Ingredients:-
Mozzarella Cheese – 16 pieces (String size cut to half or finger size)
Bread crumbs – 1/4 cup
Dried Parsley / fresh coriander – 1/2 tsp (finely chopped)
Crushed Black pepper – 1/2 tsp
Salt – to taste
All purpose flour – 1/4 cup
Water – as required
Oil – for frying

 How to make cheese sticks:-
·         Mix bread crumbs, dried parsley or coriander, crushed black pepper and salt.

·         Add all purpose flour with water along with a pinch of salt.

·         It should not be too thick nor too thin. This batter is going to be used for binding.

·         Take the cheese sticks, first dip it in the flour batter, then coat it with bread crumbs.

·         Repeat this for all cheese sticks and arrange them in a plate.

·         Keep them in the freezer without covering them for 20 minutes.

·         Heat oil in a vessel for frying.

·         Take the cheese sticks and fry them in high flame.

·         Remove them when it turns golden brown.

·         The cheese inside will be half melted.

·         Serve hot with any dip or ketch up.

Rajasthani Bhindi Recipe


Rajasthani Bhindi Recipe

 

 
Recipe that gives you the real taste of beautiful Rajasthan.
 

 
 
 
 
 
 
 
Ingredients:-
500 gms ladyfingers (okra/bhindi)
1 cup bengal gram flour (besan)
1/2 tsp onion seeds (kalonji)
4-5 green chilies finely chopped
4 cloves garlic crushed
1 inch ginger chopped
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1-1/2 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp garam masala powder
1 tsp fennel seeds (saunf)
1/2 tsp dry mango powder (amchur)
2 tbsp oil/ghee
Salt to taste

How to make Rajasthani Bhindi :-

·        Wash the bhindi in normal running water and wipe with clean kitchen napkin.

·        Combine all the ingredients in a big bowl including besan and spices.

·        Slightly cut the two ends and slit on one side.

·        Stuff the prepared spice mixture into the ladyfingers.

·        Heat the ghee in a non-stick pan and arrange the stuffed ladyfingers properly in the pan.

·        Allow to cook uncovered for 4-5 minutes on low flame until the water of okra fully evaporated.

·        Stir 2-3 times in between and keep the flame very low.

·        After few minutes, cover the pan and leave until bhindi gets cooked very well.

·        Uncover and cook only for 2 more minutes to get the bhindi crispy and crunchy.

·        Serve hot with roti/chapati.

Corn Spinach Recipe


Corn Spinach Recipe

 Ingredients:-
2  tbsp. ghee / butter
4  dry red chilies
1  tbsp. finely chopped ginger
2  green chilies slit
600 gm tender spinach washed and finely chopped
1  tsp. sugar
salt to taste

1 cup boil corn
2  tbsp. cream
finely chopped fresh coriander to garnish (optional)


 
How to make creamy spinach:-

·         Heat the clarified butter in a heavy-based pan.

·         Add the whole dry red chilies and fry till they darken.

·         Now, add the ginger, fry till it is light brown and add the green chillies and fry briefly.

·         Add the chopped spinach,corn, sugar, salt and mix well on high heat. Cook without covering on medium-high heat stirring frequently for about 20  minutes or till the spinach is cooked and dry.

·         Mix in the cream.

·         Garnish with chopped fresh coriander.
