Paneer Capsicum Pakoda Recipe












Ingredients:-
For Green chutney
Chilies 2
Ginger 1 inch
Coriander (few)
Mint leaves (few)
Salt: as needed
For batter
Chilies 2
Ginger 1 inch
Coriander few
Mint leaves few
Gram flour 1 tsp
Corn flour 1 tsp
Chili flakes 1 tsp
Turmeric powder pinch
Salt as needed
Oil to fry
Paneer 4 pcs

How to make paneer capsicum pakoda:-

  • Wash and cut the green chutney ingredients.
  • In a mixer grind it by adding water. Keep it aside in a cup.
  • To this add the paneer cubes and let it soak for 10 minutes.
  • For the batter grind the chilly, coriander, mint leaves, garlic, ginger.
  • Mix all the dry ingredients. To this add the grounded mixture.
  • Cut the capsicum into thin cubes; place the green chutney mixture over it.
  • Place the paneer over it and apply some more green chutney and close it with other capsicum piece.
  • Dip this in the batter. Deep fry in oil.
  • Serve hot with tomato ketchup or Szechuan sauce.

Masala Bhaat



Masala Bhaat Recipe















Ingredients:-

Rice -200gm
Turmeric powder- 1 tablespoon
Tendli - 50 grams
Brinjal - 50 Grams (cut in cubes)
Carrot - 50 Grams (cut in cubes)
Cauliflower florets - 50 grams
Green pea - 50 grams
Cashew - 20 grams + 10 grams for garnishing
Onion - 50 grams (chopped)
Agri Masala(red chili powder) - 1 tablespoon
Ginger and Garlic paste - 2 tablespoon
Whole garam masala - 1 tablespoon
Ghee - 4 Tablespoon
Salt - To taste
Water - as required
Fresh Coriander and Coconut for garnishing


How to make masala bhaat:-

  • Heat Ghee in a pan.
  • Soak the rice in water and keep aside.
  • Once ghee is heated add whole garam masala and cashew and let them splutter.
  • Add chopped onions and ginger and garlic paste and saute.
  • Add Turmeric Powder, Agri Masala, Vegetables, salt and water and bring it to a boil.
  • Add soaked rice and cook till the vegetable is 70% done.
  • Now put a tawa under the pan and cover the top of the pan with aluminum foil
  • Cook it on low flame till water evaporates.
  • Garnish it with fried cashew, coconut slices and fresh coriander leaves.

Paneer Moong Dal Toast Recipe



Paneer Moong Dal Toast












Ingredients:-
Grind moong dal( green gram): ½ cup
Ginger: ½” piece to thick paste
Fine chopped onion: ¼ cup
Paneer or tofu: ½ cup
Fine chopped coriander leaves: 2 tbsp
Fine chopped green chilly: 2
Sprinkle sesame seeds: 1 tbsp
Tomato ketchup: 2 tbsp
Bread slice: 4
Salt
Oil
Butter

How to make paneer moong dal toast:-

  • Clean, wash and soak moong dal overnight or for 8-10 hours.
  • Drain the water adds ginger and grinds it to thick paste.
  • Take it out in a mixing bowl and add onion, paneer, coriander leaves, and green chili and little salt.
  • Mix everything. Take one piece of bread apply ketchup on it.
  • Take generous amount of mixture and apply it on bread.
  • Sprinkle some sesame seeds over the mixture.
  • Heat pan at medium heat and add ½ tsp of oil on it.
  • Put bread mixture side down and cook for 2-3 minutes before turning.
  • After 3 minutes apply some butter on bread and flip it over.
  • Press gently and cook till bread become golden brown and crispy from both sides.
  • Paneer Moong Dal toast is ready to serve.
