Mooli Ka Paratha Recipe



Mooli Ka Paratha


 
 
Ingredients:-
Stuffing:
2 cups grated radish
1 onion (finely chopped)
3 tablespoon garlic paste
1 teaspoon cumin powder
1 teaspoon amchur (mango powder) (optional)
½ teaspoon garam masala powder
½ teaspoon red pepper
2-3 tablespoon coriander leaves (chopped)
salt to taste (about ½ teaspoon)
Dough:
1 cups whole wheat flour
¼ cup water (approximately)
2½ tablespoon oil or ghee (35 g)

How to make Muli Ka Paratha:-

Boil grated horseradish in water. Drain well.

Mix onion, garlic and seasonings with the boiled horseradish.

Knead flour with water to make stiff dough.

Roll out on a floured board to a circle 6 inches wide.

Add 2 tablespoon of horseradish in middle.

Fold it into half. Roll it.

Fold again into half and rollout to a triangular shape each side around 4 to 5 inch.

Heat a griddle or flat pan.

Put a teaspoon of ghee or oil on the griddle/pan.

Put the Paratha on the hot griddle/pan.

Adding a little more oil around the edges, if necessary.

Cook until nicely browned. Repeat on the other side.
Serve hot with Yoghurt or mint chutney.

Paneer Cutlet Recipe



Paneer Cutlet














Ingredients:-
1 cup paneer crumbled (Indian Cottage Cheese)
¾ cup of boiled potato or sweet corn (pulsed coarsely)
2 to 3 green chilies chopped small (adjust)
2 to 3 slices of bread
1 tsp. ginger garlic paste
Pinch of cumin
1 medium onion
⅛ Tsp turmeric
⅛ Tsp pepper powder
20 pudina leaves or curry leaves (chop)
Salt to taste

How to make paneer cutlet:-

  • Dip bread slices in water, squeeze remove excess water.
  • Mix all the ingredients well till everything is blended well.
  • Heat a tawa and tawa fry them on a medium flame too with little oil.
  • For baking in oven, preheat the oven to 220C
  • Prepare a baking tray, grease it
  • Make small thin patties (appr ¼ inch), and smear little oil on them
  • Bake for 10 to 15 mins, flip them to the other side.
  • Bake paneer cutlet for another 10 to 12 mins.
  • Serve hot with mint chutney or ketchup.

Fruits Trio Halwa Recipe



Fruits Trio Halwa

 







Ingredients:-
1 1/2 cup mango pulp
1 1/2 cup Orange juice (fresh)
1 1/2 cup pineapple juice (fresh)
2 cups Sugar
1 tsp Cardamom powder
4 tbsp Ghee (clarified butter)
10 Cashwenuts (broken in halves)
10 Raisins (dry grapes)

How to make fruits trio halwa:-

  •   Heat Ghee in a non-stick frying pan. Fry Cashwenuts and Raisins and keep aside. 
  •  Add Orange and Pineapple juices to the same frying pan.  
  •  When it  boils, add Sugar and Cardamom powder and mix well and let it  boil until 1 string consistency.
  • Add Mango pulp. Reduce to Medium heat, stir well & boil till the mixture is thick in consistency.
  • Add fried Cashwenuts and Raisins. Mix well & remove from heat. 
  • Grease a bowl with little Ghee. Pour the mixture into the greased bowl and to cool.
  •  Fruit trio halwa is ready to be served.
