Chocolate Walnut Cake


 

Chocolate Walnut Cake
Recipe
 

Ingredients:-
¾ cup powdered sugar
2 tbsp cocoa powder
½ cup flour (maida)
1 tsp baking powder
¼ cup milk
½ cup oil
½ tsp vanilla essence
2 tbsp chopped walnuts 
 

How to make the chocolate walnut cake:-

Grease the dish.
Shift flour with baking powder and cocoa. Keep aside.
Mix 1 tsp. of flour with the chopped walnuts and keep aside.
Add essence and oil. Mix well.
Fold in the flour gradually till all the flour is used. Add milk to get a slightly thinner than soft dropping consistency. Beat gently. If you are using an electric beater, beat at a low speed.
Pour into the dish and Micro high uncovered for 4 minutes.
Let stand 4-5 minutes.
Let stand 5-10 minutes before removing from baking dish.

Paneer Bread Balls


 

Paneer Bread Balls
 Recipe

 

Ingredients :-
Paneer - 1 cup
Bread - 3 slices
Potato - 1/2 (just for binding)
Onion - 1 finely chopped
Coriander leaves - 2 tbsp
Tomato Sauce - 1 tbsp
Rava - 1/2 tbsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Chili powder - 1 tsp
Oil - as required
 

How to make Paneer Bread Balls:-

·         Crumble the paneer well. Knead it for 5mins until well combined. Boil potatoes until soft and combine with paneer and keep aside.

·         Cut the corner of the bread slices, sip it in water and add it to crumbled paneer . then add all the other ingredients except oil and combine to form a smooth dough just enough to roll into balls.

·         Now pinch equal sized balls and roll them into small balls and deep fry them in oil.

·         Serve with garlic sauce or mint chutney.

Paneer Kulcha


Paneer Kulcha Recipe

 

Ingredients:-
2 Kulcha
1 Onion (Finely Chopped)
1 Green Chili (Finely Chopped)
1 Tomato (Chopped Finely)
1 tsp Coriander Leaves (Chopped Finely)
100 gm Paneer (Grated)
3 tsp Oil
Red Pepper (to taste)
Salt (to taste)
Coriander Powder (to taste)
Garam Masala (to taste)


How to make paneer Kulcha:-

Take a saucepan and put 2 tsp oil in it. When the oil gets hot, put onions in the pan and mix well.

• When the onions start to turn pink, put masalas (coriander powder, salt, red pepper and garam masala) in it and sauté again.

• Now, put green chili and tomatoes in it and sauté again, till the tomatoes get tender.

• Put grated paneer and coriander leaves in it and turn off the knob.

• Spread this masala on the kulcha and cover it with other kulcha.

• Take a tawa, heat it and put 1 tsp on it.

• Fry this masala kulcha in the pan and cut into half.

• Serve hot.
