CHOCOLATE MUFFINS


CHOCOLATE  MUFFINS
 RECIPE

 
 

Ingredients:- 

White flour 2 cups

Icing sugar 2 cups

Coco powder 2 to 3 tbsp

Butter 150 gm

Eggs 4

 
How to make chocolate muffins:-

1.      Pre heat the oven to 300 f.

2.      Take mixer bowl, put butter, icing sugar, eggs, beat them on slow speed for 3 minutes or the material is combined well, again start the mixer on slow speed.

3.      Add white flour and coco powder mix well.

4.      Now add this flour mixture slowly into the mixer bowl, till it is mix properly for another 3 minutes, then on fast motion for 3 minutes.

a.       Now take the muffin tray, grease it with butter, and put equal quantity of the muffin batter into the muffins moulds.

b.      Put the tray for baking into the pre-heated oven for 15 to 20 minutes, check them from middle with tooth pick, if it comes out clean it means it ready, not bake it for further couple of minutes.

5.      Remove it from the oven, leave it for cooling.

MASALA FRENCH FRIES


MASALA FRENCH FRIES
RECIPE
 
      Ingredients:-
2      Potatoes
        Garlic 1 tsp (minced)
        Carom seeds ½ tsp
        Red chili powder ½ tsp
         Cumin ½ tsp
        Salt ½ tsp
        Corn flour 2 tbsp
         Oil for frying
 
      How to make masala French fries:-
 
·         Wash the potatoes, peel and cut them into thin strips
·         In a bowl mix together the minced garlic, carom seeds, red chili powder, cumin, salt and corn flour.
·         Coat dry masala over potato strips.
·         Deep fry the potato strips until golden brown and tender.
·         The masala french fries are ready to serve.

CORN KEBAB


CORN KEBAB RECIPE

 

 

Ingredients:-

 
Corn kernels 250 gm

Potatoes 40 gm (boiled, grated)

Cottage cheese 40 gm (grated)

Onion 50 gm (finely chopped)

Ginger 10 gm (finely chopped)

Green chili 10 gm (finely chopped)

Fresh coriander 30 gm (chopped)

Red chili powder 5 gm

All spice powder 10 gm

Oil 500 ml

Corn flour 40 gm

Cumin powder 5 gm

Salt to taste

 
How to make corn kebab:-

·        Crush the sweet corn kernels and squeeze well in order to drain brine. 

·        Mix together the potato, cottage cheese, corn flour and corn and set aside. 

·        Sprinkle salt on the onion and leave it for some time. 

·        Meanwhile, add  ginger, green chilies, coriander, red chili and cumin powder to the potato mixture. 

·        Squeeze the onion to drain off water and add this to the kebab mix. 

·        Form barrel-shaped cutlets and deep fry until crisp. 

·         Serve with pudina chutney or sauce.
