Schezwan Sauce Recipe

Ingredients:-
Ginger grated -1/4 cup
Garlic grated- 1/4 cup
Green chilies grated - 1 tsp.
Celery (optional) - 2 tsp.
Red chili powder (if u want it to be spicy) - pinch
Red chili sauce - 4 tbsp.
Soya sauce - 1 tsp.
Tomato sauce - 3 tsp.
Vinegar - 1/2 tsp.
Ajinomoto - 1/2 tsp or little more
Salt to taste
Oil

 How to make schezwan sauce:-

·         Heat oil in a pan.

·         Add grated ginger, garlic and green chilies.

·         Cook it for 2 min on a low flame.

·         Add celery (if required)

·         Add red chili powder and add chili sauce, tomato sauce and soya sauce.

·         Stir and add vinegar, ajinomoto and salt.

·         Cook it for some time.

·         Spicy schezwan sauce is ready.
