Dry Fruit Basundi Recipe

 

 A healthy and tasty desert recipe that will delights you anytime.



 
 
 
 
 
 
 
Ingredients:-
500 ml - milk
100 g - powdered sugar or as per taste
1 cup - raisins
1 cup - dry fig
1 cup - dry dates
a pinch of elaichi powder
3 to 4 pieces - badam& pista

 How to make dry fruit Basundi:-
·         Soak the dry fruits for three to four hours.

·         Make a smooth thick paste.

·         Boil the milk reducing it to half.

·         Cool the milk then add sugar, mixture of dry fruits and Elaichi powder.

·         Garnish with badam and pistachios pieces.
