Creamy Spinach


Creamy Spinach
Recipe

 

 

Ingredients:-

 
Spinach 250 gm

Garlic 2 cloves (crushed and chopped fine)

Butter 1 tbsp

Oil 1 tsp  

Salt to taste

Black pepper to taste

Pinch of nutmeg

Cream 200 ml

 

How to make creamy spinach:-

 
·         Heat butter and oil in a pan. 

·         Add the garlic and saute till fragrant. 

·         Then add the spinach and cook till the spinach wilts. 

·         Then add the salt, pepper and pinch of nutmeg. 

·         Reduce heat and stir in the cream and cook for a further 1 minute on low heat. 

·         Sprinkle with fresh pepper and serve.
