How to make Tomato Dosa:-
|
|||
·
Soak
rice,urd dal for 2hrs.
·
Grind
it along with all the spices such as Cinnamon sticks, cloves, ginger, garlic,
poppy seeds, red chili, sounf and tomatos.
·
Fry
mustard seeds,curry leaves,onions and add to batter.
·
Mix
salt ,coriander leaves also.
·
Heat
tawa and Cook on both sides just as u make normal dosa but this will take
little longer.
·
U
can either make crispy/soft dosa.
·
Serve
hot with cocnut chutney.
