Neer Dosa Recipe
Ingredients:-
Plain uncooked rice (150 – 200 grams)
Dry coconut (1)
Cooked rice (1 bowl)
Hot water (4-5 glasses)
Refined oil (1 -2 tsp.)
Salt as per taste
How to make neer dosa:-
Plain uncooked rice (150 – 200 grams)
Dry coconut (1)
Cooked rice (1 bowl)
Hot water (4-5 glasses)

How to make neer dosa:-

Soak the plain uncooked rice for at
least 2-3 hours.
·
Grind the coconut separately.
·
Now, In a mixer put the ground
coconut, soaked rice, cooked rice,1 tsp. of salt or as per taste and 2 -3 glasses
of plain water.

Now, grind for at least 10 – 15
minutes.
·
And then transfer the contents into
another container and pour 4 – 5 glasses of hot water.
·
Pre heat a frying pan for 5 minutes
and then with a ladle pour an appropriate amount on the pan. As you pour it
make sure it spreads evenly.

Now, pour a few drops of oil on the
sides of the pan.
·
Let it cook for at least 5-10
minutes in high flame. There is no need to turn it over and fry again.
·
Take it out from the pan and it is
ready to eat with coconut chutney.
