Ingredients:-

Corn – 1 cup

Butter – 2 tablespoon

Salt – ½ tablespoon

Black pepper powder – ¼ tablespoon

Lemon juice – ½ tablespoon

Tomato and cucumber – few wedges (optional) 

 

How to make butter corn:-

·         Put the corn in a pressure cooker with ¼ cup of water and cook up to two whistles.

·         Drain the excess water and keep aside.

·         In a karahi or pan heat 1 tablespoon of butter and pour the boiled corn.

·         Sauté for 2-3 seconds and then add salt, lemon juice and black pepper powder. Sauté for another few seconds and then pour it on a plate.

·         Garnish with 1 tablespoon of butter left, tomato and cucumber wedges.

Hara Pulao Recipe

Ingredients:-
Basmati rice 1 cup
Cauliflower (cut into small pieces) 250 grams
Green peas 150 grams
Thinly sliced potatoes 200 grams
Cinnamon 2 sticks
Cloves 4
Black pepper 7
Bay leaves 2
Green cardamom 2
Thinly sliced onions 2
Thinly sliced green chili 2
Vegetable oil 4tbsp.
Paste of {green Coriander leaves, green chilies, ginger} about 100 grams
Salt to taste
Garam Masala Powder – little 


How to make Hara Pulao:-

·         Put some oil on non stick pan and fry cinnamon, bay leaves, black pepper and cloves for half a minute on low flame

·         Add green chilies and sliced onions until they change their color. keep this mix aside.

·         To add some extra flavor, add remaining oil and fry all the vegetables for around 5 minutes.

·         Now add the paste of green chilies, coriander leaves and ginger.

·         Add fried onions mix along with garam masala and salt. Stir fry for more 5 minutes.

·         On other hand, wash the rice and cook like normal rice.

·         Once its cooled, add all the above ingredients to the rice.

·         Hara pulao is ready. Serve hot dressed with chopped coriander leaves.

Masala Pasta Recipe

Ingredients:-
Pasta (any kind) – 2 cups
Onions – 1 cup (finely chopped)
Garlic – 2 cloves (grated)
Tomatoes – 3/4 cup (chopped)
Green Bell pepper – 1 (finely chopped)
Red Chili Powder – 1/4 tsp.
Green chilies – 2 (split lengthwise)
Garam Masala – 1/4 tsp.
Pav Bhaji Masala – 1/2 tsp.
Salt – to taste
Olive oil – 2 tsp. 

How to make Masala Pasta:-

·         Add the pasta in water along with a tsp of oil and salt and boil it till they become soft.

·         Drain the water and keep it aside.

·         Heat oil in a pan and add the green chilies followed by the onions.

·         Add some salt and fry till they become translucent.

·         Add the grated garlic followed by the chopped Bell peppers.

·         Fry till they become soft and add the chopped tomatoes.

·         Fry till they become soft and add the red chili powder, garam masala powder and pav bhaji masala.

·         Add the cooked pasta and combine well.

·         Serve hot.

Vegetable Puff Recipe

Ingredients:-
1 Onion - Nicely chopped
1 Potato -Cut into small squares.
1 Carrot - Cut into small squares.
½ cup Beans - chopped and boiled.
½ cup Green peas.
2 teaspoons Oil
1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
1 ½ Chili Powder
1 teaspoon Salt as per taste.
1 teaspoon Garam Masala
1 pack Puff Pastry sheets - frozen            

How to make vegetable puff:-

·         Take out the puff pastry sheet from the pack and separate the sheets and keep them out to defrost for 5 min to bring it to the room temperature.

·         Add oil to the frying pan. When the oil is hot, add the cumin seeds and the turmeric powder.

·         Add the onion and deep fry it till golden brown, then add the vegetables and fry.

·         Add salt, chili powder, garam masala and cook for about 5 minutes. Then let it cool.

·         Now cut each puff pastry sheet into three parts.

·         Fill the stuffing in each part and fold each part by pressing the ends properly, so that they don't open up while baking.

·         Bake the Puffs in the baking oven for 20 min at 350 F or till they are baked, golden brown.

·         Enjoy the vegetable puffs with Tomato Sauce.
