Green Soup Recipe

Ingredients:-
4 small bunches spinach   
4 green chilies  
6 (peeled, chopped) garlic   
2 (chopped) onion
1tbsp tamarind pulp  
Sugar or jaggery
1/4 cup bottle gourd
Mustards for seasoning
 2tsp Besan     
3 red chili
1tsp red chili powder   
salt to taste   

How to make green soup:-

·         Wash & chop spinach& chilies, onion.

·         Sauté with all seasoning ingredients, add kaddu, onion, green chili, garlic and fry for ½min.

·         After done, add spinach & tamarind pulp, salt, red chili powder and jaggery.

·         Let it cook for 3 to 4 minutes until it gets nice flavor on low flame.

·         Finally add the mixture of besan & 2tsp of water to spinach.

·         Stir well & let it cook for some more time until besan will be cooked along with spinach.

·         Remove & serve with rice & papad.

Cheese Crackers Recipe

 

 
Cheese is considered to be one of the most anti carcinogenic of all foods. Enjoy this yummy recipe with tea.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
Ingredients:-
1 cup refined flour
1 cup grated cheese
4 tbsp. butter
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. black pepper powder
1/4 tsp. red chili powder

How to make cheese crackers:-

·          Preheat oven at 180°C. Place a silicon sheet on a baking tray.
·         Combine butter and cheese in a bowl and mix well.
·         Add garlic powder, pepper powder and red chili powder and mix well.
·         Add refined flour and mix well. Add 2 tbsp. water and knead into stiff dough.
·         Roll out the dough into a large sheet of ½ inch thickness. Cut into diamonds with a knife and place the diamonds on the baking tray. Prick the diamonds all over with a fork.
·         Put the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes. Remove from oven and cool.
·         Serve as a tea time snack or store in air tight container for 3-4 days.

Til Ke Ladoo


Til Ke Ladoo

 

 Sesame seeds are extremely rich in essential minerals like calcium, iron, magnesium, zinc and selenium. Seasame/ til ke ladoo is very famous sweet for the festival of Makar Sakranti. So, enjoy this delicious recipe on this auspicious occasion of sankranti.



Ingredients:-
1 cup jaggery
200 gms til - white sesame seeds
3/4 cup grated coconut
2-3 tbsp crushed peanuts (Or cashews/ almonds)
1/2 tsp cardamom powder
1/2 tbsp ghee 

How to make Til ke Ladoo:-

·         Dry roast sesame seeds in a pan on medium heat; till pale/light brown about 4-5 mins. Remove and set aside.

·         In same pan, roast coconut till light brown. Remove and then roast peanuts. Keep aside.

·         Heat saucepan and add jaggery to it. Let it cook till it melts completely. Stir in between. Once melted, add ghee and remove from heat. Remember not to let it get burnt.

·         Add roasted sesame, coconut, peanuts and cardamom powder to it and mix well. Let it cool slightly.

·         Once cool enough to handle by hand, take small lumps of mixture and make balls of it with the help of your palms. 

·         Til ke Ladoo is ready.
