Ingredients:-
Onion 1 medium
Capsicum 1Tomato 1
Boiled Potatos 2
Red Chillie Powder 1/2 tsp
Curd 1/2 cup
Salt to taste
Butter
Garam Masala 1/4 tsp
How
to make Curd Sandwich:-
- Cut all the vegetables in small pieces and mix in the curd.
- Add salt, red chilli powder and garam masala. Chat masala can also be added in place of garam masala.
- Now take a slice of bread, butter it up and spread curd mix over and use toaster, sandwich maker or flat frying pan for making sandwich.
- Vegetable curd sandwich is ready.
- Serve it hot with green chutney or tomato sauce.
