Cheeze Pizza


Cheeze Pizza Recipe

 

Ingredients:-

2 pizza bread
2 amul cheese cubes
1/2 cup tomato ketchup
2 onion (pyaj)
1 tomato (tamatar)
1/2 cup cheese spread
2 capsicum (shimla mirch)

 How to make cheese pizza:-
·     Cut the vegetables into rings.
·     Grate cheese.
·     Spread the ketchup on the pizza bread.
·     Now spread the rings of the vegetables.
·     Lastly spread cheese and cheese spread.
·     Bake in a preheated oven for 10 minutes and serve hot.

Nimbu Ka Achar


Nimbu Ka Achar
 Recipe

Ingredients:-
35 Lemons
5 cups water
1 tsp asafetida powder
4 tsp salt


Paste
30 Black peppercorns
2 tsp black cardamom seeds
3 tbsp salt
2 tsp Red chili powder
1 tbsp White cumin seeds
15 cloves
3 tbsp sugar
3 tbsp vinegar


 How To Make Lemon Pickle:-

·     Wash and clean lemons.
·     Now boil the water and put 25 lemons in it for 2-3 minutes.
·     Take them out, dry them and cut into quarters.
·     Using sterilized jars for the pickle, sprinkle the asafetida powder and half the salt over the base.
·     Grind all the paste ingredients to make a smooth mixture and smear it all over the lemon quarters. Drop these spiced lemons into the jar.
·     Squeeze the juice from the remaining 10 lemons over them and sprinkle rest of salt.
·     Cover the jar with a clean cloth and leave out in sun.
·     The pickle should be ready within 2 weeks.
 

Kofta Curry


Kofta Curry Recipe

 

Ingredients :-
 

    1 tender (grated): Lauki

    3-4 serving spoon: Besan

    1 tsp. Garlic ginger paste

    1 tsp. Aamchoor powder

    Salt to taste

    Onion: 3 medium sized (paste)

    3 pureed :Tomatoes

    ¼ tsp. Garam masala

    Coriander leaves

 

How to make Kofta Curry:- 

·         Mix grated lauki, besan, salt, red chili powder and aamchoor powder.

·         Make small balls and dep fry it in hot oil until golden brown.

·         Keep them aside.

·         In another pan, heat 1tsp oil and put ½ tsp  jeera in it. After splitting sound add onion paste and sauté it till onion paste is golden          brown.

·         Now add tomato puree and ginger garlic paste. Cook for few min and add salt and red chili powder acc to taste. Add ½ tsp haldi    powder. Mix it properly.

·         Add desired amount of water in the paste to make gravy. Bring it to boil, reduce the heat and let it simmer for 5 min.

·         Now put the fried koftas in the gravy and let it cook for another 5 min.

·         Remove from fire and garnish with garam masala and coriander leaves.

Paneer Pudding


Paneer Pudding Recipe

 

Ingredients:-

250 gm cottage cheese (paneer)
3 cup fresh cream
2 cup sugar
1 litre milk (doodh)
6 tsp custard powder
1/2 cup cashew nut (kaju)
1/2 cup almond (badam)

 How to make paneer pudding:-
·     Cut cottage cheese into cubes.
·     Dissolve 1 cup milk in custard powder.
·     Boil the remaining milk.
·     When it comes to a boil, add sugar and dissolved custard powder in it.
·     Stir continuously until it thickens. Then remove it from the flame.
·     When it cools, mix cottage cheese cubes.
·     Beat cream until it thickens.
·     Chop almonds and cashew nuts finely.
·     Pour custard in a dish and top it with cashew nuts and almonds.
·     Garnish with cashew nuts and almonds.
·     Refrigerate it for some time and then serve chilled.

Cheese Rings


Cheese Rings Recipe

 
Ingredients:-

Cheese 8 oz (grated)  

Eggs 2 (optional)

Red chili powder ¼ tsp    

Salt ¼ tsp  

Black pepper powder ¼ tsp  

Baking powder ½ tsp    

Mustard paste 1 tsp    

Flour 4 tbsp  

Milk 1 cup  

Oil to deep fry

 

How to make cheese rings:-

·         Mix grated cheese with chili powder, black pepper powder, salt, eggs, flour and mix, gradually stir in milk.

·         Add mustard paste and baking powder.

·         Heat the oil and pour mixture in a piping bag and pipe onto the hot oil in the form of rings.

·         Fry till golden and drain excess oil and serve hot.
