Green Tikkis Recipe
Ingredients:-
1 cup sarson saag (mustard leaves, chopped finely)
1 cup spinach leaves (chopped)
1 pod garlic
1/2 inch piece ginger
2 tbsp chopped mint leaves
2 cups breadcrumbs
3 tbsps besan
2 green chillies, finely chopped
Oil for deep frying

How to make green
tikkis:-
·
Boil
the spinach and mustard leaves with the ginger and garlic till soft.

Drain
out the excess water and grind to a paste.
·
Now,
mix in the chopped mint and green chillies and the bread crumbs and also the
besan.
·
Shape
into round tikkis and fry in hot till crispy and golden brown.
·
Serve
with sauce or chutney.
