Pizza Sauce Recipe


Pizza Sauce

 

 Pizza sauce is very important and helpful ingredient, while making any pizza.



 
 
 
 
 
 
Ingredients:-
8 dried red chilies
1 tsp tomato ketchup
2 tbsp fresh tomato paste
4 cloves garlic
1/2 inch ginger
1 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp sugar
1 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp dried basil
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
Salt to taste

How to make Pizza Sauce:-
·         In a grinding bowl combine dried red chilies, garlic, ginger, dried basil, sugar and little bit of water.

·         Blend until smooth.

·         In a large bowl add tomato ketchup, tomato paste, ground red chili paste, salt and black pepper.

·         Stir in onion powder and oregano.

·         Mix well and leave to set at least for 2 hours to blend all the flavors.

·         Spread over pizza base and make your favorite pizzas.

Baby Corn Masala Curry


Baby Corn Masala Curry

 

  Baby corn, a magical ingredient makes every dish very special. Enjoy this magical ingredient in the form of masala curry.





 
 
 
 
 
 
Ingredients:-
Baby Corn 1 Kg peeled.
4 Tomatoes
3 Onion
Roasted Groundnut powder (fine ground) one cup.
Salt 1 tsp.
Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp.
Chopped Coriander Leaves 1/4 cup
Chili Powder 1 tsp.
Seasoning - Onion seeds, Mustard seeds, Fenugreek seeds
Saunf and Jeera 1/4 tsp. each
Cooking oil
2 tsp.

 

How to make Baby Corn Masala Curry:-

·         Cut Baby corn into one inch pieces.

·         Add one teaspoon of salt and 1/4 teaspoon of turmeric powder and pressure cook in 4 tea cups of water for 10 minutes (until it
becomes soft).

·         Puree 4 tomatoes. Grind onion into a paste.

·         Keep the 'kadai' on the fire. Put 2 table spoons of oil. When hot, add the seasoning and after the seasoning splutters, add the ground onion and sauté.

·         Add the tomato puree and cook for a few minutes. Add the chili powder and powdered groundnuts and again cook for a few minutes.

·         Add the cooked baby corn and boil for five minutes. Add salt to taste. Sprinkle cut coriander before serving hot.

·         Serve with Parathas and Poories.

Gobi Tak-a-Tak Recipe


Gobi Tak-a-Tak

 

 Ingredients:-

2 cups Gobi/cauliflower florets
1 medium potato, chopped
1 onion, chopped
2 tomatoes, chopped
1 tbsp. fresh yogurt
1/2 tsp. cumin seeds
1/2 tsp. mustard seeds
Few curry leaves
1/2 tsp. cumin powder
1 tsp. chili sauce
1/2 tsp. turmeric powder
1/2 tsp. coriander powder
1/4 tsp. garam masala powder
1 tsp. coriander leaves, finely chopped
1/4 tsp. dry mango powder
1 tsp. oil
Salt to taste


How to make Gobi Tak-a-Tak:-
·         Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, mustard seeds and curry leaves.

·         Sauté till seeds starts spluttering and then add chopped onion. Cook on low flame till onion turns little brown in color.

·         Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for 1-2 minutes.

·         Now mix in chopped tomatoes, potatoes, red chili sauce, turmeric powder and salt to taste.

·         Cook for 2-3 minutes uncovered and let the mixture dries little bit.

·         When a nice color of mixture comes out and oil begins to separate then add gobi, cumin powder, coriander powder, yogurt, garam masala powder and dry mango powder.

·         Mix it very well and add 1/2 cup of water.

·         Cover the pan, simmer the flame and let it cook for 3-4 minutes till it is done.

·         Garnish with finely chopped coriander leaves and serve with hot Indian chapatti.

Paneer kofta Curry Recipe


Paneer kofta Curry

 

 All time favorite and mouth watering recipe.







 
 
 
Ingredients:-
Paneer – 250 gm, grated
Corn flour – 1/2 tbsp
Almonds – 10, crushed
Red Chili Powder – 1/8 tsp
Coriander Powder – 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder – 1/4 tsp
Dry Red Chilies – 2
Onion – 1, medium, sliced and ground
Ginger Paste – 1/2 tsp
Garlic Paste – 1/2 tsp
Curd – 1/8 cup
Tomato Puree – 1/8 tsp
Oil to fry
Black Cardamoms – 1
Salt as per taste

How to make paneer kofta curry:-

·         Heat oil in a pan.

·         Mix paneer, corn flour, salt and chili powder in a bowl.

·         Mix well and form into balls with crushed almonds.

·         Fry till golden brown.

·         Keep only 1 1/2 tbsp of oil in the pan and transfer the rest to a bowl.

·         Add cardamoms and dry red chilies to the pan. Fry till they get pink.

·         Add salt, turmeric powder, red chili powder, ginger paste, garlic paste with 1/8 to 1/4 cup of water.

·         Simmer for a few minutes.

·         Add curd and tomato puree. Cook till done.

·         Add 1 to 2 cups of water and cook till the gravy is thick. Add the koftas in it.

·         Garnish with cream and serve with naan and rice.
