Hara Pulao
Ingredients:-
Basmati rice 1 cup
Cauliflower (cut into small pieces)
250 grams
Green peas 150 grams
Thinly sliced potatoes 200 grams
Cinnamon 2 sticks
Cloves 4
Black pepper 7
Bay leaves 2
Green cardamom 2
Thinly sliced onions 2
Thinly sliced green chili 2
Vegetable oil 4tbsp.
Paste of {green Coriander leaves,
green chilies, ginger} about 100 grams
Salt to taste
Garam Masala Powder – little
How to make Hara Pulao:-

Put some oil on non stick pan and
fry cinnamon, bay leaves, black pepper and cloves for half a minute on low
flame
·
Add green chilies and sliced onions
until they change their color. keep this mix aside.

To add some extra flavor, add
remaining oil and fry all the vegetables for around 5 minutes.
·
Now add the paste of green chilies,
coriander leaves and ginger.
·
Add fried onions mix along with
garam masala and salt. Stir fry for more 5 minutes.
·
On other hand, wash the rice and
cook like normal rice.
·
Once its cooled, add all the above
ingredients to the rice.
