Carrot Soup Recipe
A recipe that is good
for health and full of taste.
Ingredients: -
2 cups grated carrot
1&1/2 cups coconut milk
Juice of a lemon
2-3 slit green chilies (de-seeded)
Salt to taste
Pinch of pepper powder

How to make carrot soup:-
- Boil green chilies and grated carrot in just enough water till tender.
- Puree it in a mixer and add the coconut milk, salt, pepper, bring to boil once and add lemon juice.
- Adjust consistency.
- Serve decorated with coriander leaves.
