Ingredients:-
4 cups Yogurt
10 Chocolate
¾ cup Sugar
4 tbsp.Chocolate syrup
Dark chocolate biscuits, crushed for garnish
 
How to make chocolate Lassi:-
·         Place the yogurt in a mixer jar.
·         Add chocolate balls and sugar and blend till smooth.
·         Spread 1 tbsp dark chocolate syrup on the insides of each of 4 glasses.
·         Pour the lassi in them and garnish with crushed dark chocolate biscuits and some crushed chocolate balls.
·         Serve chilled.

 Ingredients:- 

  500gms colocassia (arbi), boiled and peeled           
  1 tsp. dried mango powder (amchur)      
  1 tsp. red chili powder  
  Salt to taste
  ½ tsp. black salt      
  1 tsp. coriander powder  
  ½ tsp. mint powder  
  Oil to deep fry
  ¼ cup corn flour         
  ½ tsp black pepper powder         
  1 cup crushed cornflakes/breadcrumbs

 How to make fried arbi:-

·         In a large bowl mix together amchur, red chili powder, salt, black salt, coriander powder and mint powder.
·         Add arbi to this and mix well so that the mixture coats all the arbi.
·         Heat sufficient oil in a non-stick kadai.
·         In another bowl mix corn flour with salt, black pepper powder and little water to make a thick batter. Keep the crushed cornflakes/breadcrumbs in a plate.
·         Dip the boiled arbi in the corn flour batter and then roll in the crushed cornflakes/breadcrumbs so that the arbis are well coated.
·         Slide them into the hot oil and deep fry till crisp and golden.
·         Drain on absorbent paper and serve hot.

Sesame Toast Recipe

Ingredients:- 

For veg. filling: 

1 small to medium carrot, finely chopped
8-10 French beans, finely chopped
1 medium potato, boiled & mashed
1 small capsicum, green bell pepper finely chopped capsicum
1 small to medium onion finely chopped
1 tsp chopped celery or coriander
1 green chili, finely chopped
½ inch ginger, finely chopped
2-3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1 tbsp cornstarch
½ tbsp naturally fermented soy sauce or as required
2 to 3 tbsp sesame seeds or as required
Salt and black pepper as required 

For the cornstarch solution: 

3 tbsp corn flour/corn starch
2 to 3 tbsp water 

Other ingredients: 

4-5 slices of bread, white, brown or whole wheat
Oil for shallow frying or deep frying 


How to make sesame toast:-
 

·         Boil the potato and then mash it. Parboil the carrots and beans. Finely chop them it.

·         Also finely chop the onions, capsicum, celery or coriander, ginger, garlic and green chili.

·         In a bowl, mix the mashed potatoes, finely chopped carrot, beans, capsicum, onion, celery or coriander, ginger, garlic, green chili, cornstarch, soy sauce, salt and black pepper really well.

·         Let this mixture cool completely.

·         Cut the bread into rectangular or triangle or small shaped squares or even round shape with a biscuit cutter. Spread the veggie filling evenly. Press it lightly so that the filling sticks to the bread.

·         You can also first spread the corn flour paste on the bread and then spread the veggie filling.

·         Then apply the corn flour paste on it. Sprinkle the sesame seeds liberally over the paste. Press lightly so that they don't fall off.

·         Heat oil for shallow frying or deep frying. Slide the bread slices upside down with the filling side at the bottom, in medium hot oil.

·         When this side gets browned, turn and cook the other side. Flip once or twice to get a uniform golden color.

·         Fry the bread slices till crisp golden. Drain the fried bread slices on paper towels.

·         Serve sesame veg. toast hot with tomato sauce or chili sauce or schezuan sauce.
